Training we are providing

  • CAREER PLANNING

Career planning is the continuous process of thinking about your interests, values, skills and preferences, exploring the life, work and learning options available to you, ensuring that your work fits with your personal circumstances, and continuously fine-tuning your work and learning plans to help you manage the changes in your life and the world of work.

  • LIFE SKILLS

The life skills curriculum teaches students self-management skills, social skills, and bad habit awareness and resistance skills. The program consists general self-management skills, social skills, and information and skills specifically related to negative habits. Skills are taught using training techniques such as instruction, demonstration, feedback, reinforcement, and practice.

  • PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

The main reason for personality development being is that it is exceedingly important for one to have a sharpened image and personality to be able to have an efficient socially viable, multi-faceted and impressive personality. Personality development is gaining so much importance, that today, offices stress on motivation and personality development almost as much as the work structural requirements of the office.

  • SPOKEN ENGLISH

English may not be the most spoken language in the world, but it is the official language in a large number of countries. English is the dominant business language and it has become almost a necessity for people to speak English if they are to enter a global workforce, research from all over the world shows that cross-border business communication is most often conducted in English.

  • GROUP DISCUSSION

Group discussions are increasingly being used in the job market during interviews and selection procedures. These can take a variety of formats, but the key skills remain very similar. Last but not least, group discussions offer an opportunity for extended speaking (and listening!) practice by all of the contributors. Group discussion practice and skill development is therefore useful for all students.

  • QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE

It is very important for every student to understand what is embodied within the word Aptitude Every career option requires a particular aptitude combination that should match with the individual's potential ability to grow with that career. Aptitude tests inculcate many factors like Numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, abstract reasoning, speed, accuracy, and other such abilities.

  • REASONING

Reasoning is closely allied with other domains of inquiry in psychology. Reasoning, problem solving, and decision-making represent different but overlapping aspects of human intelligence. Test of reasoning occupies a significant position e place of importance in most of the recruitment exams. The cognitive ability of a candidate can be determined from their logical reasoning performance / screening process.
